Gardens of Eden – Lake Residences is the third and final phase of the Gardens of Eden master-planned residential resort in Choeng Thale, Thalang District, Phuket, located just a short distance from Bang Tao Beach on the island’s popular west coast. The overall development spans approximately 73 rai (around 33 acres) and is thoughtfully designed around expansive natural landscapes, parklands, lakes, and water features, with approximately 70% of the land dedicated to green open spaces such as gardens, walking trails, and lagoons, and only around 30% allocated to residences and infrastructure.
The Lake Residences phase focuses on premium lakefront living within this integrated community. Buildings are positioned around a signature lake and extensive water amenities, including a 150-metre-long central swimming pool and additional family and children’s pools, creating a combined water surface area of approximately 5,000 sqm. The architectural concept emphasizes contemporary design, abundant natural light, and the use of natural materials, delivering a tranquil resort-style atmosphere surrounded by landscaped gardens and recreational pathways for walking, jogging, and cycling.
Lake Residences complements the earlier Eden Residences and Park Residences phases, completing the vision of a balanced lifestyle community combining sea, park, and lake environments. The project is planned as a gated and secure residential enclave suitable for both long-term living and investment, supported by infrastructure that promotes wellness, open-air leisure, social interaction, and family-oriented living in a nature-centric setting. Construction is scheduled for completion around Q3 2028, marking the final stage of the Gardens of Eden development.
Gardens of Eden is situated in Choeng Thale, Thalang District, on Phuket’s desirable west coast near Bang Tao Beach. This area is one of the island’s most vibrant residential and resort hubs, offering easy access to international dining, supermarkets, beach clubs, golf courses, and lifestyle destinations such as Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. The location also provides convenient connectivity to Phuket International Airport, approximately 20–30 minutes by car in normal traffic, as well as straightforward access to other key areas across the island.
