Gardens of Eden – Lake Residences is the third and final phase of the Gardens of Eden master-planned residential resort in Choeng Thale, Thalang District, Phuket, just a short distance from Bang Tao Beach on the island’s popular west coast. Gardens of Eden is a large-scale luxury residential project spanning about 73 rai (≈ 33 acres) and designed around expansive natural landscapes, parklands, lakes, and water features — with approximately 70 % of the total area dedicated to green open space such as gardens, trails, and lagoons, and only about 30 % built-up for residences and infrastructure.
The Lake Residences phase is focused on lakefront living within this master community, with buildings set around a signature lake and extensive water amenity space including a 150-metre long central pool and additional family/children’s pools, with a total water surface of about 5,000 m². The design emphasizes contemporary architecture with natural light and materials, set in a resort-like environment with pathways for walking, jogging, and cycling through landscaped gardens.
Lake Residences complement the larger Gardens of Eden estate (which includes Eden Residences and Park Residences phases). The residences here are part of a gated, secure community intended for comfortable living or investment, with infrastructure to support wellness, open-air leisure, social gatherings, and family activities in a balanced nature-centric setting.
Construction of Lake Residences began after initial phases and is planned for completion around Q3 2028, making it the final stage linking sea, park, and lake living within the Gardens of Eden complex.
Gardens of Eden is located in Choeng Thale, Thalang District, on Phuket’s west coast near Bang Tao Beach. This area is one of the island’s most dynamic residential and resort hubs, close to international restaurants, supermarkets, beach clubs, golf courses, and lifestyle centres like Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket. The location also provides convenient access to Phuket International Airport (about 20–30 minutes by car in normal traffic) and to other parts of the island.
