The surrounding area is well-supported by everyday infrastructure, including Lotus’s Thalang, Makro Thalang, Thalang Hospital, local schools, and government services, all within a short driving distance. The location is not a tourist-centric zone, which contributes to a quieter, more local residential atmosphere.

From the project, Phuket International Airport is approximately 15–20 minutes away, while west-coast beaches such as Bang Tao or Nai Yang can be reached within roughly 15–25 minutes, depending on traffic. The area also provides access to emerging residential corridors and nearby villa developments, reinforcing its appeal for long-term living rather than short-term holiday use.
