The dining area is spacious and large enough to accommodate 8-10 guests comfortably. The main living and relaxation area is set slightly lower than the rest of the residence making the area both functional and easy on the eye. 

This apartment can either be strictly for the owner’s personal use or the owner can choose to place the apartment in the resort rental pool and managed by the resort. This option is particularly useful should the owners wish to cover the annual running cost and earn an additional income.
