About Layan Beach

Layan Beach is a stunning and peaceful beach at the northernmost point of Bang Tao Bay on the northwest coast of Phuket. This part of the bay is marked by a small island that lays a short distance off the shore, and can be reached on foot at low tide.

Although relatively undeveloped, this is one of the up-and-coming areas on the island with a growing number of condominium and villa developments adding to the few existing resorts and property developments.

The Layan area has few amenities save for a handful of restaurants and convenience stores, however, the busier areas of Cherng Talay and Laguna are within a 5 to 10-minute drive.
