Dcondo Cove is a resort-style condominium development by Sansiri, currently off-plan with a projected completion in June 2027. The project covers about 9 rai (≈ 14,400 m²) of land in Kathu, Phuket.
Spanning 8 floors, Dcondo Cove will offer 862 units across its buildings. Unit types are varied, with approximately 30 different layouts, ranging from compact 1-bedroom (~28 m²) to larger 2-bedroom units. The design concept leans into a “Mystery Village” feel: the architecture is inspired by the natural hills around Kathu, blending into green spaces and drawing on the region’s “Tin Mine Forest” heritage to give the project a calm, secluded atmosphere.
Facilities are generous and lifestyle-focused: there’s a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi, landscaped garden areas, a yoga lawn, a modern fitness center, co-working space, meeting rooms, and 24-hour security with CCTV. The development also includes EV charging stations and a two-storey clubhouse.
Dcondo Cove is located in Kathu, a central-suburban area of Phuket that offers a good balance between nature and accessibility. From the site, residents can easily reach key amenities: it’s not far from shopping centers like Central Festival, healthcare facilities, and major schools. The location also offers reasonable access to Phuket’s more touristic and beach areas, while being tucked away enough to feel peaceful and green.
Sansiri (Thai: แสนสิริ) is one of the largest real estate developers in Thailand. It was founded in 1984 by Srettha Thavisin, Apichat Chutrakul, and Wanchak Buranasiri.
Sansiri was founded as the holding company to manage the assets of the Chutrakul family, before merging with the Lamsam family company in 1994. The company has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1996. In its earlier years, the company concentrated on developing exclusively mid-city condominiums for sale and for rent. In 1998, the company expanded into property management and sales management services through the newly founded subsidiary named Plus Property Company Limited. In 1999, the company underwent a major expansion into development of landed properties with the launch of the first single-detached housing project.
